First, I plan getting a second plenum so downtime in minimal on the car. I'm going to smooth all the casting flash off the plenum, and dremel away at it so the injectors are accessible without removal. If I need to redo a couple of bolt holes that's no big deal. As for EGR I'm still on the fence about deleting it. My big concern there is the increased cylinder temps at idle. Also issues with the car passing smog in the future.
